Peter has almost 50 years accounting experience in the Hawke's Bay region. He has developed a wide knowledge and experience in all types of business, specialising in the retail, pharmacy, supermarkets, farming and contracting areas.

He is also involved with many trusts and companies in a management role.

Peter's background has included 10 years international experience both as a Director and later as Chairman of Horwath International (NZ) Ltd. In addition to this, he is an internationally accredited Family Owned and Managed Business consultant.

Peter enjoys skiing, boating and fishing, and is involved with the local chapter of the Rotary club.
